WW2 Third Reich German Practice M24 Stick Grenade

Second World War German M24 practice stick grenade or "Potato Masher". Not many of these survive and it appears to have had a period replacement handle as well as having the warhead repainted grey (typically would have bee terracota colour) however your can still make out the manufacturers code stamp.

WW2 RAF 43 Pat Escape Boot Knife - Double Blade

RAF 1943 pattern boot escape knife. Brass sheath measures 8 x 1.5 cm stamped with the AM logo both sides. I am unable to make out the makers stamp located on ricasso of the larger blade. The knife is in goof functioning condition (uncleaned). Several types of this knife are know to exist, more commonly a single bladed version.  read more

WW2 German SS Runes - Diamond Arm Patch

An SS or Schutzstaffel diamond patch. The badge is in great condition with silver wire runes on black wool edged with black/silver braided border. The buckram backing remains fairly stiff and there are no signs of any moth damage. This would have been worn on the right sleeve of the ordinary ranks and N.C.O.s alike.  read more

This is a jewellers commissioned version of an RAF pathfinder badge, with pin fixing and stamped SILVER to the reverse. Higher ranking officers from all arms of the military would sometimes commission privately made badges, this is the first Pathfinder badge I have come across.  read more
